Steven Irwin Fine operated a unique safari business before migrating to Australia with his family. He specialised in animal tracking, telemetry and night vision safaris. He was also a honorary game ranger of the world famous Kruger National Park.
Many articles have appeared in international magazines about Steven, his African wild life experience and the way in which he uses this to draw people together and motivate them.
Earlier in his career he was the Group Customer Services Manager for a large retail chain in South Africa, namely Dion Discount Stores of which Walmart acquired a majority stake in 2011.
He implemented superior customer service excellence programmes and played a major part in addressing the culture of the company and ways to improve business.
