Caroline Kennedy is a former 9-figure CEO, keynote speaker, executive coach, business coach, and bestselling author based in Australia.
She spent 25 years leading organisations, not advising from the sidelines. As CEO, Caroline managed significant profit and loss portfolios, national operations and teams of more than 500 people. During the Global Financial Crisis, she led one business from AUD $38 million to AUD $55 million in just 18 months while the industry was experiencing significant disruption.
Caroline is twice honoured by the Telstra Business Women’s Awards and and has received eight International Stevie Awards, including Mentor or Coach of the Year and Woman of the Year.
