For many years, Christine Khor built a successful career in leading organisations such as Kraft Foods and Simplot in product and marketing management. After experiencing the worst side of the recruitment industry, in 2000 she decided to leave behind that career to start her own specialist recruitment consultancy.
Over the last 17 years that business has evolved into Chorus Executive; a holistic talent management consultancy that services the full life-cycle of an employee; Executive Search, Recruitment, Executive Coaching, Career Transition, Personal and leadership Branding.
Christine’s belief is that a business can only be successful when the goals and motivations of its people are aligned to the broader goals and motivations of the business. Specialising in coaching, executive recruitment and organisation development, Christine is a regular guest on SkyBusiness Channel and a sought-after guest speaker.
In 2016, Christine released her first book, Hire Love – How to hire passionate people to make greater profit and is currently working on her second book. She also co-founded Peeplcoach, an online coaching platform focused boosting employee health and well being. Peeplcoach provides one-on-one coaching, anytime, anywhere for continuous professional development.
Christine works tirelessly to empower possibilities for her clients and candidates and for those less fortunate through her role as the Chair of The Hunger Project’s Victorian Development Board.
