Here is someone who knows this field exceptionally well with his fair share of the destructive toxin. And where you may not think you’ll come out of this dismal state, Tofe will guide you in the right direction with his lived experience.
Brace your seats because you’re about to embark a wild ride – a culmination of despair, mental health struggles, hardships, endurance, and more importantly, resilience.
Tofe Evans reached a juncture in his life back in 2014, a time in which entailed a great deal of adversity. Subsequently, suffering from heavy depression and anxiety to the point he needed to do something drastic or else it could be too late…
After finally looking after his health and making it his number one priority, Tofe used endurance running first as an escapism then used it to raise funds and awareness for various causes through endurance running.
Tofe has now changed for the greater good all because of the adversity he battled. It’s allowed him to push the limits that weren’t imaginable and discover keys on how to push through the barriers being a solution to those struggling with mental health.
During his keynote, Tofe delves deep into his dynamic concept of ‘Practical Resilience’ that is the mental framework designed to have his audience/ clients able to withstand crisis and subsequently, increase their emotional intelligence so they can bounce back after every fall. This framework is explained through a simple, yet powerful formula that he’s worked countless hours on with psychologists, neuroscientists, behavioural scientists and experts that understands the brain and people quite well.
