Following an executive management career spanning corporate banking and university lecturing, Debbie Organ established Integrity Corporate Finance Group in 1997. As the name suggests, it was established with a frustration that there were providers of finance and services, in particular providers of operating lease finance, who acted unethically to the detriment of their clients.’ Dubbed the Erin Brockovich of the finance and business community, Debbie has staged a one woman campaign to expose unethical business practices and contracts, campaign to government for regulation and protection.
Debbie Organ has devoted the last 20 years to ensuring that her clients which include councils, universities, government departments, hospitality industry, large and small business are educated and protected from unethical contracts. She has undertaken forensic reviews of all existing contracts and documentation, provides advice on contract terms and conditions prior to execution and represents her clients with financiers and suppliers in all stages of the contract lifecycle, and in disputes. Debbie has reviewed contracts for entities such as Macquarie University, University of Western Sydney, Tweed Shire Council, Marrickville Council, Arnotts, Sara Lee, over 300 licensed clubs and hotels, many other organisations, schools, not of for profit groups and small business.
Debbie has been a trusted and long standing Tender manager and advisor to the likes of Marrickville Council (since 2002), Tweed Shire Council (since 2004), and has written and managed numerous Finance and Procurement Tenders, such as the $66.8 million Finance Tender for the Ballina Shire Council Wastewater Upgrade. Debbie has also undertaken forensic contract reviews for many councils as well as speaking at numerous Council conferences and area meetings.

Debbie’s presentation “ Climbing the Ladder in Heels” , her personal career journey of progressing through the male dominated Corporate Banking Days of the 80’s and 90’s and her frank subsequent experiences has been described as an “ ordinary woman with some extraordinary experiences which provides an incredibly compelling, real and thought provoking presentation”
